Priscilla Presley Makes Shocking Accusations Against Four Former Associates

Priscilla Presley is bringing legal action against memorabilia auctioneer Brigitte Kruse for coning her into making bad financial decisions.

The ex-wife of Elvis Presley is suing four former business associates for financial elder abuse and fraud, claiming that they used her to make money and took the lion’s share.

According to the filings, the group duped her out of a million dollars and turned her into a slave under them.

Filed on Thursday, the complaint claimed that they forced Presley “into a form of indentured servitude, where [she] was forced to work so that they could receive the lion’s share of any revenue that she was able to earn in the future.”

The filing went on to describe Kruse as “a con-artist and pathological liar” who stole more than a million dollars from Presley, and through fraudulent means, got her to sign away 80 percent of her income to them.

“This action arises out of a meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme by the defendants in this action to prey on an older woman by gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her — personally and financially — while their real goal was to drain her of every last penny she had,” the lawsuit filed by Presley’s lawyer Martin Singer and obtained by Rolling Stone reads.

Speaking of “gaining her trust,” Kruse was running an Elvis Presley memorabilia business when she met Presley, who was the co-founder of Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Alongside this, Presley also ran a multi-million dollar business in relation to the Presley estate and Kruse allegedly leveraged that to work her way into the former’s financial life.

That same Thursday, Kruse and her legal team responded via a spokesperson: “We cannot respond because counsel has not been served with a copy of the lawsuit. We have alerted Ms. Presley’s attorneys that we do not have a copy of this filing but they have not responded.”

Through the lawsuit, Presley aims to block the defendants from continuing to access her financial records and to hold them accountable for all that they’ve done. She’s seeking a million dollars in damages, with her legal fees covered as well.
