Kim Kardashian Shares Contract She Made Son Saint Sign For A YouTube Channel

Kim Kardashian may not be a practicing legal practitioner, but she does know a thing or two about making a rock solid contract.

The mom of four recently shared the contract she bound her son under as he carves his way as a YouTube influencer. She also called on fans to support her son’s little dream.

If you’ve been keeping up with the Kardashians, you’ll know that one of the issues Kim had with North when she started foraging into the online world had to do with her recording personal moments and sharing it with fans.

To prevent this from ever happening again, Kim has decided to bind Saint under a contract so serious that the SKIMS founder is ready to “go to arbitration” if any rules are broken.

For Kim, the contract, which she shared with fans on Instagram, is a serious one that should guide her 8-year-old on what to do and not do in the online world. “JOKE CONTRACT? Oh this wasn’t a joke,” she wrote while resharing PEOPLE’s article that called the whole mother-son agreement a joke. “We will go to arbitration if needed.”

On Tuesday, Sept. 3, Kim shared the big news with fans, alongside a picture of the contract. “I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube Channel after signing an extensive contract. Please Subscribe!” she wrote, adding, “Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube Channel. He better not breach.” She concluded the statement with a winking emoji.

Dated Tuesday, Sept. 3, the contract signed by Saint says, “I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music.”

The rules further reads, “I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason. If I don’t listen to all of the rules, mom could make my page private or delete my account.”

As of the writing of this article, Saint’s YouTube account @TheGoatSaint has exceeded 11,000 subscribers.
