General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall’s Sacrifice

GH spoilers for Friday, October 18 reveal that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) just learned she is a match for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told the kids the news, that Sam is going to have surgery to save Lulu’s life.

Of course, everyone expects Sam to make a full recovery. Fans know that isn’t going to happen, though.

Sadly, Sam is being killed off. Perhaps that is what will bring the Davis sisters back together again … Sam’s tragic death.

It’s clear that Sasha wants nothing to do with Holly, which might explain why she told everyone she was dead. However, there seems to be a bit more to the story, maybe one that will have fans feeling sorry for Holly? 

There is the big issue that Sasha and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) are cousins. Sasha wouldn’t think of keeping this bombshell from Cody, would she?!
