That’s because he was always so charismatic and likable during his royal engagements and public appearances. But something has certainly changed between now and then, with a lot of people even calling the Duke of Sussex’s behavior quite bizarre and tragic at times, too.

And of course, fans and critics on both sides of the aisle want answers.

It didn’t take Prince Harry very long to realize that the Southern California lifestyle simply wasn’t for him as he quickly grew very bored of his wife Meghan Markle’s constant need for attention in Hollywood.

There’s even heavy speculation suggesting Prince Harry is looking to pull the plug on his marriage to Meghan Markle in 2025. That really shouldn’t surprise anyone seeing how they’ve been doing things separately rather than together these last several months. 

In her column for News.com.au, Daniela Elser says that the Duke of Sussex’s days as a supposed ‘defector’ are coming to an end and that’s a good thing, of course. 

She said, “He was the fun one, the joker in the rigid Windsor pack who seemed to see the inherent humor in the madness of a monarchy in a modern age.”

Royal Family News: What’s Next For The Duke Of Sussex?

Royalist Hugo Vickers, who often has something or another to say about Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle on a daily basis, believes that the Duke of Sussex looks like he is happy whenever the former Hollywood actress is not around him.

Vickers put it this way in his new interview with The Sun, “We’ve seen Prince Harry make several appearances without Meghan recently.”

“He’s much better at that frankly than when he’s sort of talking what I might call California speak, which seems to have been dictated to him by Meghan.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter.
