Per the latest reports, Jamie Lee Curtis shares fear that her home has ‘possibly’ been destroyed from the ongoing wildfires. 

“My community and possibly my home is on fire. My family is safe. Many of my friends will lose their homes. Many other communities as well.” 

As many of our readers are aware of, the California wildfires are raging across Los Angeles Count and forcing thousands to evacuate their homes. According to reports, the Eaton Fire broke out in the foothills of Pasadena on the other side of Los Angeles County.

The actress shared an emotional Instagram post about the “terrifying situation” after thousands of people fled their homes, with hundreds of homes destroyed.

The California Wildfires Are Burning Down Hollywood

She also said, “Neighbors have taken care of neighbors. We ALL take everything for granted because we are all living our lives but when it hits your community, it’s particularly shocking.”

“Life on life’s terms. If ever there was need for the use of the phrase MY HAND IN YOURS, it is right now. Take care of each other. Stay out of the way and let the firefighters do their work. Pray if you believe in it and even if you don’t, pray for those who do.”

Many of her fans have commented on the situation with, “Thinking of everyone out there. My family was evacuated from a hotel while on vacation in Bend, Oregon when I was a teen and we only lost our luggage but it was terrifying.”

“A wonderful family invited us to their house from the school evacuation shelter and I still think of their kindness any time I see disasters like this.”
