Now that the long-awaited royal reconciliation is off to a great start, there’s been rumors Harry and Meghan may later decide to settle in the UK since it is Harry’s dearest wish that his children immerse in the rich culture of his childhood. 

I guess perhaps this speculation came about because of the reports that revealed that Harry is already planning to fly back to the UK to reunite with his father. Well, the speculations are wrong.

An insider has just disclosed that the parents of two have made a home for themselves in California and are not looking forward to uprooting their lives to fly back to the UK. Read on to find out more about Harry’s hopes regarding any future UK Travels.

King Charles and Prince Harry have reportedly made “a good first step” towards healing their rift. Though one tends to wonder why this reconciliation is happening in the same year their Netflix contract would expire.

Anyhow, Papa and son have reportedly started talking again, after aides’ from both sides hashed it out and reportedly found a common ground.

Even though Harry means to keep returning to the UK for his charities, he is by no means thinking of calling it a home again, or even a second home.

Perhaps if their Frogmore Cottage base was still left to them, they might consider, but as it stands, they’re left without a single property in the country.

In addition to this, Harry promised not to bring wife and kids back to the UK after his security appeal was denied. And it would be rather weird of him to be so forgetful, especially since he just made those comments this very May.

Shortly after arriving in America, the couple bought their $14 million mansion in Montecito, and frankly, they’ve been enjoying it so far: some might even say a little too much.

Speaking to Oprah on 2021, Harry revealed, “To have outdoor space where I can go for walks with Archie, and we go for walks as a family and with the dogs. You know, we go on hikes or go down to the beach, which is so close.”

“We hosted a little camp because winter break was long!” she told PEOPLE during an exclusive interview earlier this year. “We had several days with different families at our home, and we were able to get to know the parents better, and all the kids could play.” Meghan and Harry set up obstacle courses and face painting. “It’s a dream,” she added. “But I also know that being part of a community means you put effort into it.”

“Once you know us, I think you want us to have the same normalcy as parents and for our children as they do, despite however unique our situation is,” she said, before revealing that their nights out include “a lot of dinners, and not just in people’s homes or private rooms; we just go into the restaurant. I really love that we can just have fun.”
