Is this the direction that the writers really want to take the character in? That’s what a lot of fans and critics alike can’t help but wonder as General Hospital spoilers strongly suggest Sonny and DA Turner might be hooking up.

But here’s the thing: she’s significantly younger than Sonny. This might either totally turn off viewers from the storyline or get them even more invested in it, depending on their outlook. But it would certainly be a very controversial move, too.
Of course, General Hospital fans on the internet certainly did have a lot to say about this possibility.
Some have even commented with, “Why would she even be remotely interested in him? He’s smug and could be her grandfather. YUCK!”
“The show is trying to gaslight the viewers into believing he’s still a suave, desirable young man. It’s ridiculous.”
What’s Next For Sonny Corinthos?
Another critic wrote, “It’s a soap opera, so of course. GH has been real boring lately, so they need to write in more sex scenes and more violence. Sonny deserves to get him some. I’m happy for him.”
“She does look like Hannah Scott, the FBI agent that Sonny got involved with back in the day. I think Hannah died though.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Thing is, at this point, I don’t see how any woman would find him desirable. He just gives me the ick at this point.”
“I didn’t mind his mild flirtation with Natalia but they didn’t make it so that he acted like he was all that right away. This is just like the DA running home to take a shower to get the ick off her.”

Sonny always lands up sleeping with whatever law enforcement rep is snooping around PC. That way he compromises their integrity and makes whatever dirt they think they have on him inadmissible… It’s all part of the plan…
I wonder if the actors ever see the negative comments people say about them. Poor Maurice! Of course he is older these days, but why make such unkind remarks? You can do better, people!
I Totally Agree with you !! Sonny might be Older, but he still date which I would love to see him with this DA!! Now to me she doesn’t seem young maybe in her 40’s which is still young but Hell go for it Sonny!! When Sonny wants to put the Charm on he’s pretty good at it !! Now remember these Two aren’t going to have Mad Sex , they will Flirt with each other, and date every now and then!! If this storyline progresses We’ll have to Wait and See just how Far it will GO!!

DA Turner’s Grandfather!!! And I case you don’t know her real life husband is Carlo Rota (Jenz Sidwell) age 64.
Nazneen Contractor (Turner) age 43. So why is it so far fetched that she and Sonny couldn’t hook up! And by the way Maurice Bernard is 2 years younger then Carlo Rota! With that said no I don’t particularly want to see them together just because I don’t like her ( her character) but with the age thing you all are crying about, go for it Sonny!
