T-Hood, Georgia Rapper Shot & Killed, Family Rumors Arrive

T-Hood was a rapper from Georgia, and the news that he was shot and killed arrived via X. Obviously, media reports followed, and now on social media, rumors started by his family surfaced.

The rapper, whose real name is Tevin, was reportedly the victim mentioned by the Gwinnett County Police on X on August 8. According to their statement:

The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a shooting at residence that resulted in the death of one man. At approximately 7:00 p.m., officers assigned to the South Precinct were dispatched to a residence in the 3900 block of Lee Rd in unincorporated Snellville. The caller reported that a dispute took place at the residence and someone was shot. 

Someone was arrested as a suspect in the investigation after authorities were unable to save the 33-year-old rapper’s life. Soap Central reported that the name of the suspect wasn’t released. However, on social media, rumors started that hint at a close connection.

Rap fans should note that the rumors have not been substantiated by any official press or police releases. So for now, they should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, @allaboutthetea shared on Instagram that family members are talking about the involvement of T-Hood’s girlfriend.

The post showed a screenshot that claimed, “Rapper T-Hood was allegedly killed after a dispute at a Gwinnett County home. Family claims Kirk and Rasheeda’s daughter called her brothers, who shot him.”

It also showed shots of a conversation that read, “@frostedkae set my brother up she had her brother shoot him. And say she didn’t know he shot my brother 5 times in the back and stomach chest They cleaned it up and hid the brother. So the police wouldn’t find the weapon or him.”

Who Is @frostedkae?

According to Primetimer, @froistedkae was “T-Hood’s girlfriend, Kelsie Frost.” The allegations about her involvement in the murder came from Jayda Alanae, Tevin’s sister. Naturally, Kelsie denied the allegations. The outlet mentioned that Kelsie is the daughter “of Kirk Frost,…a Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star.”

The outlet noted that Kelsie issued a statement that said she felt “sick” because of the rumors, and asked people not to listen to them. While she didn’t want to talk about it publicly, she felt that she had no choice, and claimed that she was being bullied.

She also said that she loved T-Hood, writing, “I love my man with my ENTIRE HEART!…I am grieving too! I am hurting too! I didn’t harm anyone or ask anyone to harm him!!!”
