‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Thursday, September 4: Eric’s Pressure, Thomas’ Mission, Ridge Torn

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is finally in for Thursday, September 4, 2025! In today’s episode, Eric Forrester (John McCook) pressures Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Meanwhile, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) reports back to Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig). Plus, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) pushes her fiancé for a wedding date.

Katie Logan’s Encouragement

At Forrester Creations, Eric mentions that he and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) temporarily moved into the guest house. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

The main house is currently being worked on. Why hasn’t Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang)  reunited with Ridge yet? The blonde says that Taylor is determined to marry Ridge. The patriarch thinks TRIDGE marrying is a huge mistake. 

Katie Logan (Heather Tom)  enters, all too glad to join in the BRIDGE conversation. Brooke hopes Thomas has really changed into a better man.

They go over all of Thomas’ sins, and Brooke is always being blamed for Ridge’s problems. Thomas could end up snapping. Brooke would like to get along with Thomas if possible. Katie is sure that Ridge will see that she’s the love of his life. 

Taylor Hayes’ Discovery

In another office, Ridge and Taylor talk about Thomas. The man tells his fiancée that Paris Buckingham (Diamond White)  is gone. Taylor didn’t know.

The psychiatrist supposes this is why Thomas is so Team TRIDGE right now. They need to pick a wedding date, she says. Thomas needs them to get married, Taylor insists. 

Eric interrupts. Taylor announces they are setting a wedding date tonight. Will Eric be supportive? The patriarch stays silent, so Taylor exits.

Eric tells Ridge that he’s making a big mistake. The patriarch learns that Thomas is back. Ridge says his son is emotional about the wedding.

Eric reasons that Thomas can’t be pressuring him into marriage. Ridge says but that’s what Eric is doing. The patriarch ignores it and continues pushing him to marry Brooke instead. The elder is afraid of what will happen if Ridge chooses the wrong woman.

Thomas Forrester’s Mission

Thomas is alone, staring at photos of Ridge. He promises not to let them down. Taylor appears and mentions missing the kids.

Thomas says she has Ridge. They discuss Paris and the relationship ending. Thomas is going to make sure that Taylor’s dreams come true. The man says he told his dad to step up and be a man. 

After Thomas leaves, Taylor thinks of Ridge. The man finally shows up. She immediately brings up setting a wedding date. As they kiss, Eric’s words echo in Ridge’s mind.
