ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that one lucky lady in Port Charles is pregnant—who could it be? There are more than a few options, what with the intense goings-on that has been going down in town.
In fact, there are several eligible characters, but each has an awkward reason for not wanting to be pregnant, which complicates matters.
So who are the several single ladies who could have a bun in the oven but could also cause a bunch of issues by being with child? Let’s see who could be about to become a mom!
General Hospital Updates – Molly Lansing had regret sex could she now have a surprise baby?
Molly (Haley Pullos) is a lovely girl with faulty decision-making skills. Just because her boyfriend TJ (Tajh Bellow) didn’t return her calls for a few days she assumed the worst and seduced the mechanic she’d never seen before not even giving him a minute to fix her car!
If it’s Molly who is with a child there are two possible baby daddy’s, TJ and monkey wrench wielding Brando (Johnny Wactor). Awkward having to tell TJ that while he was being tortured she was having a fling with a guy she didn’t know.
GH spoilers – Is Sam McCall pregnant and if so by whom?
Then again Molly’s sister Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) may be pregnant with Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) baby. In that case, she would be sent back to prison as these two are not to have anything to do with each other and I’m pretty sure that includes sex.

If her overbearing parole officer found out she would make sure Sam paid the price. Would Sam cover by saying someone else is the father? Like Dev Corbin (Ashton Arbab)?
General Hospital spoilers – Willow could very likely be pregnant
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has just married someone other than her boyfriend. It’s a marriage of convenience so to speak, so if she’s pregnant that would cause all kinds of sticky wickets.
If the child belongs to Chase (Josh Swickard) and she’s now married to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) who would she say is the baby daddy? This situation is like a Catch-22.
Would she tell Chase or would he figure it out himself? Or will she lie and raise the child with Michael?
It looks like there could be a boatload of drama docking soon in Port Charles!

I believe that Maxie is pregnant with Peter’s child. She was shown not feeling well and has missed her time of month. It was shown on the last new episode. I hope that all will somehow go well for Peter, Maxie, and their baby. Sam has not been with Jason much mainly because of the danger with Cyrus. Molly and Brando had a one night stand but she has been alright every since. I do not think that Willow is pregnant with Chase’s child. She needs to get divorced from Michael and deal with the loss of her own child then she and Chase can have a child together.
