General Hospital Recap Thursday, May 21: Nelle Takes The Stand – Robert Thinks Holly Is Alive

Welcome to your Thursday May 21st General Hospital recap – we begin our day at the Metro Court where Laura Webber (Genie Francis) is on the phone when she spots Rober Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) across the room. She notes that he looks tired as he says his gut instinct is that Holly is still alive.

At the photo shoot, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is gushing about the photos of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) agrees that the photos are great as Maxie says she thought he would be a “silent partner”?

On the Quartermaine mansion stairs, Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) descends while on the phone with his mother – someone is after the family stock shares. In the living room, Brook Lynn (Amanda Sutton) overhears Olivia Falconeri (Lisa Locicero) on an intimate phone call.

General Hospital Recap: Nina wonders if she is making the right decision

At the Crimson magazine office, Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) enters the office to check on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) before the trial. She wonders if she is doing the right thing by standing up for Nelle. Jax says he thinks it’s a mistake for her to testify against Nelle, who may be a bad mother.  Nina worries about Nelle being lonely and having nobody in her corner.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Benson takes the stand

In the courtroom, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) takes the stand as the room looks on nervously, especially her “sister” Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Martin Gray (Michael E Knight) asks Nelle about when she found out her baby was actually alive and not dead from the car crash.

Nelle brings up that her new husband Julian was also shocked as he thought he was Wiley’s grandfather. Julian Jerome (William DeVry) takes the stand and reiterates that he has taken care of Wiley while his son Lucas was in a coma.

Robert updates Laura on Holly’s “disappearance” – General Hospital Updates

Laura wonders what Robert means as he explains that Mac and Anna did not tell him the whole story. Robert is no convinced she died in the boat explosion and is being held hostage. Laura wonders if there is any evidence that she really is alive.

Brook Lynn thinks Olivia is cheating

Olivia yells at Brook Lynn that of course shes mot cheating on Ned and the call was none of her business. They begin yelling about all the arrests that have happened and Olivia screams she was not having an affair, just as Ned walks in.

Olivia admits that it’s a psychic and shes using them to find out news about her son Dante. Ned intervenes and says how sorry he is for her pain. Olivia freaks out to Ned about Lulu moving on with Dustin and forgetting about Dante.

GH Recap: Maxie and Valentin begin the launch of Deception

Valentin says that Deception will be a main sponsor of the 2020 Nurses Ball and they thank Sasha for her work. She flashes back to be handed cocaine in the dressing room. Maxie thanks Sasha and then stumbles slightly – her boyfriend Peter August (Wes Ramsey) catches her.  Before Sasha leaves the photoshoot – a woman bring hers another vial of cocaine.

Thursday Excitement on General Hospital!

Peter takes Maxie to get something to eat and she says she not hungry, he worries she is sick.  Sam shows up at the courthouse and slaps Julian for taking the stand and marrying Nelle.  Nina arrives to take the stand in Nelles defense, which irks everyone. ……. flash to General Hospital Preview
