General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu And Nathan Busted, Maxie Shocked By BFF’s Betrayal?

General Hospital spoilers say the sparks flying between Lulu Spencer and Nathan West could be short-lived.  Will Maxie Jones’ return put a kebash on their potential romance?  When Maxie was poisoned last year, her husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) was still dead.

Kirsten Storms Returns

It has been months since Kirsten Storms’ exit from General Hospital.  It was confirmed last month that the actress was back on the soap set filming, and previews reveal she will wake up from her coma this week. 

Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will most likely be by her side when she wakes up.  But, their reunion will be bittersweet because Spinelli knows he will probably lose her when she learns Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is back from the dead.

While Maxie has been in a coma in a Boston hospital, Lulu Spencer has been spending time with her poisoned bestie’s husband.  Lulu and Nathan bonded over their mutual love for Maxie and began flirting when he came back to town last year. 

Nathan learned that Maxie had moved on with Spinelli, and he decided it was time for him to move on to … with her BFF Lulu.

Maxie Shocked By Betrayal

General Hospital spoilers say that Nathan and Lulu will keep sneaking around Port Charles after Maxie Jones wakes up, but will try to keep their relationship from her. 

Port Charles is a small place and the truth ALWAYS comes out.  It will only be a matter of time before someone spots Nathan and Lulu sharing a moment and fills Maxie in.  Maybe poor Maxie will walk in on them herself!

Regardless of how she finds out, Maxie is going to be devastated by her BFF and husband’s betrayal.  Can she really be mad though if she has Spinelli?
