General Hospital Spoilers: Jason And Britt’s Grand Adventure – On The Run Again To Save Her Life?

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal the ABC soap will have to find a way to write out Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) when he goes on hiatus, set to return in the summer. His last day on set was February 6, so his temporary exit storyline is already in the works!

Jason Won’t Be Killed Off Or Presumed Dead This Time

Jason likely won’t be killed off or presumed dead this time, since he’ll be returning in the summer, but this news also begs the question of what will happen to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Since Jason is trying to save her life from Jenz Sidwell, (Carlo Rota) Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Pascal (Marc Forget) it makes sense that they may go on the run offscreen.

Britt has been on the run offscreen one time before, with her father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and once onscreen, with Jason in Canada-this was when her Huntington’s was diagnosed.

Of course, there’s also a chance that she’ll be “exported” as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was to France, and held prisoner-and Jason goes to rescue her. But it makes a lot more sense for them to go on the run, off the grid, and offscreen-perhaps with stolen vials of her medication!

Another Possibility For Jason And Britt To Be Offscreen Together

Another possibility for Jason and Britt to be offscreen together might be that they suddenly elope, and they go on an extended European honeymoon; although that wouldn’t be fair!

Danny Morgan, (Asher Antonyzyn) and possibly Scout Cain, (Cosette Abinante) would want to see a wedding, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might want to plan it.

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) would cheer on her only daughter and celebrate, and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) might want to give the bride away!

That would be a cheerful and positive occasion to celebrate and to get their minds off whatever happens with wayward Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen)!

Could Jason And Britt Team Up And Rescue Anna?

Jason’s been beating himself up over not recognizing signs of post-traumatic stress disorder in Anna, and choosing to help Britt instead-while on the run offscreen, maybe they could rescue Anna.

What a wonderful outcome to look forward to if their return to Port Charles brought Anna with them; even though it would be much more exciting onscreen.

But Jason would be able to help Britt and Anna at the same time this way, and surely Britt knows the secrets and can say if her father is really alive or not-chances are, he’s not.

Chances are, either the first or the second scenario with Britt and Jason on the run offscreen or on a honeymoon are probably what will happen. But our bet is on the first scenario, with them on the run to save Britt’s life is what is likely to happen.
