General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, February 12, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) returns. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) announces a shocker.

Nathan West’s Decision

Let’s start off with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). After that unexpected kiss with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), both needed time to process and think.

While Nathan opened up to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Lulu confided in Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Next, we will see Nathan seek out Lulu. It sounds like he has made a decision, and wants to see how she feels. Lulu didn’t want to betray or hurt Maxie, but the girl is also in a coma. At least, for the time being.

Maxie Jones Returns

Speaking of the coma, Maxie returns. The lady might not wake up right away, but we are getting close. While Maxie is currently with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), how will she react to learning Nathan is alive?

Portia Robinson’s Paternity Test

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, February 12 reveal that Portia will announce some big news. Despite Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) threat, Portia has decided to find out who the father is of her unborn baby.

Curtis, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) are all waiting for the test to get done.

So, will the father be Isaiah or Curtis? Will Portia lie about the paternity as she did with Trina all those years ago?

Curtis Ashford’s Future

When Portia gets the results, she will notify Curtis. Jordan already said she wouldn’t get in the way if Curtis was the father.

However, feelings are hard to ignore, especially when you consider that Jordan and Curtis have history together.

Curtis and Jordan will discuss their future. So, does that mean the baby belongs to Isaiah? From the look on Portia’s face in Wednesday’s episode, it seems it might not be.

Giovanni Palmieri Advised

There is also Gio, who turns to BLQ for some guidance. Gio might tell his bio mom about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) delivers bad news to Jordan about Anna.

Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) gives urgent advice to someone. The blonde says to make sure that’s really what they want to do.
