General Hospital Spoilers: Delilah’s Baby – Is Nathan The Father? Here’s What We Know

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Delilah (Lily Cardone) burst onto the Port Charles scene during the Tuesday, March 3 episode, when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) spotted the very pregnant woman, unconscious next to a park bench.

Is Delilah’s baby linked to someone in Port Charles, and could that “someone” be Nathan West (Ryan Paevey)? Here’s what we know.

Delilah’s Story

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday’s show remind fans that Delilah was hesitant to go to the hospital at first. With that said, both BLQ and Chase insisted, and it’s a good thing that they did.

After the testing was done, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thieabaud) discovered internal bleeding. It was almost as if Delilah had been struck in the stomach or had taken a fall; however, the woman did not recall anything of that sort … or so she claimed.

Delilah began having contractions, but insisted they must be Braxton Hicks as she was only seven months pregnant. Still, it appears that the trauma Delilah faced, whether she recalls it or not, has upped her baby’s arrival.

The Seven Months Factor

In an interesting twist of events, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) returned to PC (and the land of the living) seven months ago.

Is this a coincidence, or could Nathan be Delilah’s baby’s father? Well, most fans know, there are no coincidences in the land of soaps, and as Nathan hasn’t been exactly acting like Nathan, could this be a plot twist in his story?

Chase and BLQ will likely end up adopting the child, so how crazy would it be if Nathan were the baby’s biological father? Could he have caused the trauma that triggered Delilah’s preterm labor, too?

As fans noticed a tattoo on her wrist, while BLQ was holding Delilah’s hand, this could also be a major clue about Delilah and her baby’s link to Port Charles.
