General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It shows Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) questioning Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Nathan West’s Warning

Let’s start off with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), who can’t believe how things got so out of control. The teenager certainly never intended for things to spiral at Pier 55.

Now he is being told to keep quiet while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has taken the fall. Complicating matters is that now the WSB has taken Jason. 

In the preview clip for today’s episode, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) issues a warning. The detective tells Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) that if Rocco tells the truth, he will destroy his life forever.

Josslyn Jacks’ Alliance

Over with Josslyn, she goes to pay Britt a visit. Now that Britt has calmed down a bit, she needs to think about what to do next. It seems that Josslyn will form an alliance with Britt.

While the two never liked each other, they both care about Jason. Working together, will they be able to find him?

Even though Britt would reject the alliance before, now things are different. Britt actually told Jason that she loves him before he was carted away.  With all the times that Jason has saved Britt, it might be nice for her to repay the favor.

Since Josslyn is in the WSB, she might be Britt’s best shot. Joss can’t ask for information because she will just get shut down, but she could stumble onto it!

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that the preview clip also shows Dante questioning Sidwell.

While the villain is quick to blame Sonny for Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) murder, fans know it was actually Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke). 

Sidwell will insist to Dante that the only person responsible is Sonny. However, the commissioner stays calm and asks, “Is there anyone ELSE who would attack your son to get to you?”

What Else to Expect

As for what else is shown in the preview clip, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) asks someone if Jason can really rely on them.

There is also a shot of Sonny, who declares he has information that could change things.
