General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum Targets Dante, Picks Cassius As Next Police Commissioner?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may have a target on his back now that he’s pushed Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) buttons.

Dante interrogated Cullum about his shooting recently and set off some alarm bells for the WSB director.

GH fans know Dante is the kind of guy who keeps digging until he uncovers the whole truth. That could be an issue for Cullum since he’s a double agent who’s hiding a mountain of secrets related to his project with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) has been posing as Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), which has allowed him to step into Nathan’s old spot on the police force. As far as the rest of Port Charles is concerned, the same old “Detective West” is back on duty.

However, “Nathan’s” detective gig may not be enough for Cullum as this storyline moves along. What if Cullum wants Cassius to gain more power and ultimately take over Dante’s position?

Cassius may act like that’s wishful thinking since “Nathan” hasn’t been back on the force very long. Since Cassius isn’t a real cop, he’s already had moments when he struggled with police procedure.

Nevertheless, Cullum may insist that he needs a more pliable police commissioner – one who’ll take orders instead of running investigations that could ruin everything. With that in mind, Cullum might warn that Cassius needs to figure out how to land the job or else!

Dante could lead to bad news for Cullum, so he may do his part to get the current commish out of the way. Cullum might see an easy opportunity to have Sidwell take Dante out due to all the drama going on with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Although Cullum is the one who attacked Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and caused his grim fate, he’s more than happy to let Sonny take the fall.

That could actually work out well for Cullum since he could push Sidwell to avenge Marco by taking out Dante. Cullum might plant the idea in Sidwell’s head and suggest he won’t have true payback unless Sonny’s forced to grieve the loss of Dante.

Perhaps Cullum will suggest it’s only fair for Sidwell to take Sonny’s son away in retaliation. Sidwell might seriously consider it and leave Cassius scrambling to stop this for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) sake.
