‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Wednesday, April 29: Liz Corners Willow, Cassius Shocks Lulu & Brennan Threatens Nina

General Hospital spoilers indicate the preview for the Wednesday, April 29, 2026, episode has been released.

Fans should expect to see Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) corner Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), while Fake Nathan West, a.k.a. Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), has an outrageous suggestion for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Michael Corinthos’ Scheme

The General Hospital preview for Wednesday, April 29, opens with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) at his mom, Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house.

Michael tells Carly that he’s finally figured out how to handle Willow, and his mother looks on with intrigue.

During the Tuesday, April 28 episode, Michael hinted he found a way to “neutralize” his ex, and it had been staring him in the face all this time.

It sounds like he’ll share it with viewers – and Carly – on Wednesday, so it’ll be interesting to find out what this new plan is.

Speaking of Willow, she’ll be at the hospital when she gets cornered by Liz.

The nurse went to visit Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) last week, and the man was blinking at her, feverishly.

So much so, Liz realized he was asking for help. In a lot of ways, Liz saw this as a positive thing.

She even expressed that Drew may be capable of using other communication tools; however, we all know that’s the last thing that Willow wants!

In the April 29 preview, Liz questions the congresswoman when she states, “He was asking for help, why wouldn’t your mom tell you that?”

Jack Brennan’s Proposition/Threats

Across town, Brennan will pay Nina a visit to her Crimson office.

When he enters, he’ll suggest they “reset” the tone of their relationship. Sounds like Brennan has more dirt on Willow or Nina herself/

Both parties have blackmailing information on each other, and have clashed in the past, so is Brennan playing nice guy for intel, or does he genuinely feel bad for how their partnership went “south”?

Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is slated to get some hot intel.

During the General Hospital preview for Wednesday’s show, Josslyn is with her Uncle Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Her eyes get wide when he says, “You might be right to question her choices!”

They are likely talking about Carly, so will Lucas spill the beans about Carly’s cheating on Brennan?

Carly didn’t reveal the name of the man to Lucas, but Joss would quickly put two and two together on who it is!

Cassius Faison’s Suggestion

As the preview comes to a close, the final scene is of Cassius with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) at her home. “Nathan” tells Lulu that they have to send “him” away for “his own good”.

Is Fake Nathan suggesting Rocco leave town?

This is a completely outrageous idea, considering this could raise major alarm bells for Rocco’s dad, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Plus, Momma Bear Lulu may not like the idea of her baby cub being far away from her! GH spoilers hint she’ll be outraged by someone or something, so it sounds like “Nathan’s” idea will rub her the wrong way.
