Victor Newman Alarmed

Let’s start off with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Thanks to Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) warning, Victor knows that Nick is back to using drugs.

Nick should be in a rehab center, not roaming around Genoa City.

In any case, Nick will use Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) as a reason to postpone treatment.

Nick Newman Questioned

Victor knows that Nick could die and could make things worse with Matt. So, Victor gives him some tough love and questions Nick’s judgment.

While Adam couldn’t get Nick to admit to anything, Victor will.

Adam Newman Strategizes

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, May 18 reveal that Adam and Chelsea will strategize against a rival. This must be Matt they are talking about.

As everyone hears the news that Matt is in town and claims to have amnesia, the victims won’t care.

The man is dangerous whether he remembers what happened or not.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) tries to make a deal with Victor.

However, when she went back to the hotel room, he seemingly disappeared.

Chances are he’s just in the bathroom or went to get ice. However, Phyllis will have to come up with her next move without cluing Matt in.

I don’t think Matt has gone very far, although he could have guessed she was up to no good.

Sharon Newman’s Advice

As for Sharon, she will run into Phyllis. Sharon doesn’t like what Phyllis has done.

With Matt being MIA, Sharon won’t be able to rest until he’s caught.

There is also the issue of Phyllis taking Newman Enterprises.

Since Sharon is close to Nick, she views that as personal as well.

However, I could see Phyllis hinting to Sharon that she offered Victor something more valuable than NE, but he refused.

That could alarm Sharon, that Victor had a chance to get Matt and turned it down. However, with Nick on drugs, Sharon might not be able to get through to Victor.

So, stay tuned to find out the outcome of this storyline!
