The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will not allow Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to get away with wronging her. He totally disrupted Vickie’s life and destabilized Newman Enterprises by forcing their father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), to agree to his demands.
Vickie was removed from her role as the head of the company. Although that situation was soon reversed, Heinle’s character won’t soon forget what happened. The severe disappointment she expressed in her father’s actions can be focused on reprisal, which would be oh so Newman.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Forced To Act
Victor felt he had to bow to Adam’s demands, even knowing that what Grossman’s character believed wasn’t true. Victor felt that he could pacify Adam until a plan could be put in place to prevent a public release of the Kansas information. As viewers recall, Victor told Adam that he, not the Moustache, had killed Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) father many years ago in an act that was intended to protect Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman).
But Adam was pushing the issue hard and Victor had to act. That’s why he allowed Adam to take over for Vickie. However, Victor quickly reversed his decision.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chadam Is Directly Targeted
Vickie can make whatever punishment she attempts to apply to her youngest brother go beyond business. Rather than focus on simply protecting the family business from him, she can also target Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Target in this instance wouldn’t mean Vickie tries to bring down Chelsea along with Adam. Instead, it would involve her having a man get to know Egan’s character as part of an attempt to at least rile Adam. If this guy split Chadam as well, then so be it.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Won’t Take It
Adam knows that his oldest sister is sharp. But he sees her as an entitled brat, like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). That perception will fuel Adam’s defense and anticipated victory.
While Adam might mostly openly display Victor’s strongest, negative personality quirks, Vickie is the child who is arguably most well-suited to running Newman Enterprises. But the balanced approach she uses at work would be discarded in a retaliatory attack against Adam. If he’s wise and not just clever, then Adam will take Vickie’s threat seriously from the moment he realizes that she means personal business.
