Gary James Fuller’s Accident

Fuller hopped on Instagram to provide his followers with a medical update. He recently had a mini-bike accident that resulted in a trauma center visit, two surgeries, as well as a hospital stay that lasted about a week.

His character, James, is known for his adventurous ways and being prone to accidents, so it sounds like life is imitating art in this instance!

Fuller uploaded a photo, looking a little bruised and battered in his hospital room, but donning a smile. The caption started with, “So … I pulled a ‘James’.”

The caption adds, “One thing I learned is that hospital food isn’t great, but the nurses are awesome.”

He goes on to say, “Even though it hurt and some parts were pretty scary, I tried to keep smiling and stay positive.”

The young actor also reveals, “There wasn’t much I could do except be brave, crack a few jokes, and focus on getting better.”

In the caption, Fuller states, “One of the coolest parts of all of this was seeing how many people were rooting for me.”

He notes, “My General Hospital family checked in with FaceTime calls, messages, and encouragement.”

The caption also says, “I got so much love from my castmates, casting, wardrobe, my studio teachers, agents, manager, and so many people behind the scenes. It meant a lot to know I had such a big team cheering me on while I recovered.”
