Prince Harry Baffled As Royal Tell-All Strategy Backfires Completely?
Did Prince Harry genuinely believed spilling his secrets would bring his family crawling back? Well, it left him isolated.

Possibly, Prince Harry genuinely believed that spilling his guts would bring his family crawling back. It did not. And that was the subject of a royal commentator this week. Read on for more details.
Puzzled Prince
According to royal commentator, Neil Sean, who shared these thoughts on his Daily News Headlines vlog on Wednesday night, the Duke of Sussex remains “completely baffled” by the fallout.
Sean claimed that ex-staff members told him Harry cannot understand why his strategy failed.

Here’s the logic that Prince Harry apparently followed:
He would publish his memoir. He would give the interviews. The world would see his trauma. And then the royal family would apologize.
“This was going to be an easy entree back,” Sean explained.
Nobody Cared
Prince William and Catherine didn’t bother reading Spare. The King probably did not either.
The public mostly shrugged. No apology arrived. No invitation came.
Sean described Harry as “very, very self-obsessed” and said “he thinks the world owes him virtually everything.”
The commentator also pointed out that Meghan Markle stayed mostly silent throughout this whole mess.
“She said very little,” Sean noted. “Ultimately the blame falls with him.”
Harry’s Expectations
What did Harry expect? He quit the monarchy. He moved to California. He wrote a book full of family secrets.
Then he went on television and said he wanted his father back. The absurdity writes itself.
A Bleak Picture
Sean painted a bleak picture of the couple’s current life.
Harry has “got no job.” His projects hang “by a thread.” Meghan stares into “the abyss of an iPhone” trying to sell jam and cooking ladles.
This is probably not the glamorous freedom flight Harry imagined when he left London behind.
Disconnect Between Actions & Outcome
The sad truth, according to Sean, is that Prince Harry can’t see the connection between his actions and his isolation.
He torched the bridge. Then he stood on the other side wondering why nobody would cross over to get him.
So when you see headlines saying Harry desperately wants his family back, believe them.
“They’re not that far removed from the truth,” Sean said. “The truth in Harry’s mind.”
That truth just happens to live in a completely different reality than everyone else’s.

Here are a few more responses from the discussion:
- I still remember his arrogant face when he trash-talked the royals, his grandfather being on his deathbed. I don’t think there will be a way back for him, he burned too many bridges.
- He is an irrelevant, inadequate being imo. We’ve seen the real Harry and he’s roundly despised.
- I can assure you that if I stabbed my family in the chest and gleefully twisted the knife, I’d be pushing up daisies. He needs to take responsibility for his misdeeds – something he has never done. You’re a grown man; you made your bed, now lie in it.
