However, there is a chance that the baby could disappear or go through another life-altering situation.

Meanwhile, enjoy some passion between one couple. Also, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) begs Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) for help.

Johnny DiMera’s Devious Help

Over with EJ, he makes an alarming discovery on Smith Island. DiMera Pharma employees dumped arsenic-tainted pills on Smith Island. 

Now they have a sample of the well water from the Horton cabin, which could be why Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) is so sick. 

EJ is going to have a lot of explaining to do, but he ends up begging Johnny for help.

I wonder if that explains the promo clip that features Johnny wearing gloves and taking something from the hospital. 

Oh no, Johnny! 

Johnny is such a good guy, it was just a matter of time before he did something to cover for EJ. It will come back and bite Johnny later, though.

Jada Hunter’s Passion

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of July 6 reveal that we could also see what happens after Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) give into passion. 

Maybe they will have a better shot at love this time. It’s actually refreshing that Belle Black (Martha Madison) has moved on with Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd). 

That gives both romances a decent chance of success. After all, Salem does need a few happy couples!

Marlena Evans’ Concerns

Over with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she opens up about her fears. Since Marlena is confiding in Belle, I wonder if this has to do with the chess mystery. 

Stefano DiMera (last played by Joseph Mascolo) loved to play mind games. The fact that he’s doing it post-death is rather unsettling! 

At the same time, maybe this is the key to Marlena’s dreams.
