General Hospital Spoilers: A Sasha Gilmore Recast Debut Imminent?

General Hospital spoilers imply that a Sasha Gilmore (last played by Sofia Mattsson) might be on the horizon and debuting sooner than fans realize.

All arrows are pointing to both Sasha and Daisy Gilmore-Corinthos (last played by Brenden & Evelyn Beimford) coming back to the canvas, so let’s talk about the reasons why fans should expect this to happen in the near future.

Nothing Is Coincidental

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sasha and Daisy’s names have been dropped quite frequently lately.

When Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) returned to Port Charles in April, he talked about going to visit his mom, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), first.

Of course, he mentioned meeting his sister and niece, and reveled in the family time that he had.

Ethan, including Sasha’s name in his return storyline, wasn’t necessarily a red flag surrounding a return, as he hadn’t been on canvas for a hot minute, and the dialogue was a nice reminder that he and Sasha were siblings.

With that said, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) had an interesting conversation during the Tuesday, July 7 episode, where they talked about both Sasha and Daisy.

Michael reminded fans that Daisy had just celebrated her one-year birthday, and the dialogue between him and Jacinda wasn’t exactly needed to help move a storyline forward. Could Sasha return?

Robert Scorpio/Tristan Rogers Tribute Show

General Hospital spoilers remind fans that a tribute show for the late Tristan Rogers, who played Robert Scorpio, is coming soon.

Rogers passed away in August 2025, and the ABC soap has worked hard to organize something special for both the iconic actor and the legendary character he played.

Robert happens to be Sasha’s biological father, and in current storylines, she and the baby are living with him and Holly right now, in hiding.

It would only seem right for Sasha to return to participate in this special episode. With that said, maybe the soap has bigger plans for the character, as Sasha’s return would be explosive for storylines.

Especially since she and Michael did share a tremendous amount of chemistry, and he’s in a romance with Jacinda.

Still, Sofia Mattsson is currently filming Days of Our Lives, and her character is unknown, but set to debut in 2027. Mattsson returning to the role seems unlikely, so will they recast the part?
