Meanwhile, Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) recovery could be fragile, so he might be kept in the dark about Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

Diane Jenkins Abbott’s Fate

Let’s start off with Diane, who just got stabbed by a syringe. The woman chased after Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) at the hospital.

While Patty was subdued, she was carrying a syringe with an unknown substance. Unfortunately, Diane got stuck with the needle that was meant for Jack.

It’s very possible that Diane could end up in a coma. 

Jack Abbott’s Fragile Recovery

In the same hospital, Jack will continue to wake up and wonder what happened. Jack woke up but Diane and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) were not there. Unknown to Jack, Diane has her own medical crisis. It’s not clear if Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will tell Jack the truth.

However, Patty does use Diane’s condition to her advantage later on.

It would be easy to see Patty threaten to kill Diane if Jack says a word of what really happened. The stress from all of this, plus with his current injuries could have Jack facing a medical setback.

Ashley Abbott Returns

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, July 10 reveal that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will return. The woman will rush right to the hospital to check on Jack.

However, will Jack admit to Ashley that Patty is forcing his hand? 

 

Nikki Newman’s Eyesight

As for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she will continue struggling with her eyesight. The bandages are supposed to stay on for two weeks, but we know soap time and real time are not the same thing.

So, we could see Nikki’s bandages come off, but I don’t think she’s getting her eyesight back just yet. I do think Nikki will see again one day, but it’s not going to be right away.

That is probably how Nikki will bust Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). 

Victor Newman’s Announcement

Plus, it is teased that Victor makes a shocking announcement. Does this have something to do with Nikki, or is it about business?
