Joy Wesley’s Crash

Let’s start off with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins). The woman kept texting and calling Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) with emergencies.

Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) was convinced that Joy was just trying to get closer to Alex. So, when it happened again, Stephanie deleted the message.

That was a mistake, as Alex learned that Joy and the baby had been in a car accident. There is a delay in Alex getting to the hospital because of Stephanie deleting that message. While she never wanted harm to come to the baby, that’s exactly what happened.

The baby must end up being okay as Stephanie manages to work through her issues with Alex. At least, for this week.

Lexie Carver’s Secret

Over with Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), she has to face the fact that her resurrection is short-lived. While she was grateful at first, now she’s furious with EJ.

Lexie still hasn’t told Abe Carver (James Reynolds) or Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews), though. 

At the beginning of the week, Lexie confides in Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). However, Marlena was confided in by Theo not too long ago.

So, I wonder if Marlena will end up in a tough position.

As for Theo, he learns that his father conspired with EJ, which just makes him madder. Abe does apologize, but the damage might be done.

Chess Clues

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of July 13 reveal that Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) continue their mystery.

They will end up searching for clues about Stefano DiMera’s (last played by Joseph Mascolo) chess set.

Maybe they will finally discover the importance of the old Italian money that was inside the chess set. In fact, by Friday, they will make a breakthrough in the investigation.

EJ DiMera’s Downfall

It seems that EJ’s downfall is coming. It might not be this week, but it is coming very soon. For now, EJ will step up against Kristen. I do worry that he’s going to rope Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) into his vengeful plan.

Maybe EJ will end up telling Rachel that Kristen was the one who pushed Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) over the edge.

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) reaches out to Marlena. Stephanie and Theo end up bonding, which sounds really interesting. 

Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) and Gus (Michael Ocampo) have an awkward run-in with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). 

Plus, Tate Black (Leo Howard) makes a shocking discovery. Could this be about Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis)?
