Cole Howard’s Death Anniversary

Let’s start off with remembering Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck). It’s been about a year since his death. So, that means Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) will want to do something to honor and remember the man.

It’s possible we could see some flashback scenes of some heartwarming moments in Cole’s past, so stay tuned for that.

Nikki Newman’s Superpower

Over with Nikki, she will continue to struggle and cope with her condition all at the same time. Nikki does realize how much she took her vision for granted and how hard it is to navigate the world without sight.

At the same time, her other senses could already be picking up the slack. That means Nikki will be able to sense that something isn’t quite right with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). 

Will Nikki be able to sense that Nick has already relapsed? It certainly sounds like it. Without being able to see, Nikki will need to focus on her other senses.

What she can’t see, she will pick up by hearing, smell, or something else. In any case, Nick might verbally say everything is just dandy, but there could be something in his voice that tells her otherwise. 

Or maybe she will hear him getting a pill, that’s another possibility. Nick might think he’s being super quiet, but Nikki’s ears could pick up something that sounds familiar, such as opening a baggie of drugs.

Victor Newman’s Vengeful Strike

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 16 reveal that Victor will be determined to take what he thinks belongs to him.

In a recent episode, Victor made it clear to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) that he’s moving forward with his plan.

With Sally being alerted, she better get her defenses up! 

Of course, I’m also worried that the extra stress might cause a problem with Sally’s pregnancy. Being engaged to “man-child” Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and having his baby is stressful enough, I’m sure.
