Grace is country singer Wynonna Judd’s youngest daughter, and she has sadly been embroiled in a number of legal issues since her early 20s.

Her trouble with law enforcement go as far back as 2016, when she was arrested at age 20 for the possession of meth.

Two years later, she was sentenced to eight years after she violated her probation and didn’t complete a court-mandated drug recovery program.

She was again arrested shortly after her release in December of 2022, for violating her parole, an order of protection and a restraining order.

Even though she was denied furlough for her current pregnancy, she was granted a temporary leave of absence to welcome her first child, daughter Kaliyah Chanel in 2022. Kaliyah is being raised by her grandmother, Wynonna.

Wynonna has publicly spoken about the joy she receives from raising her granddaughter, revealing in an interview six months after the baby’s birth that “[Babies] give you hope, they give you something to think about other than yourself. Because so much of what we do is about us, so it’s nice to be with her because she doesn’t care what I look like.”

On Grace’s part, court documents reveal that she currently has “no contact with her biological family in Tennessee” and receives “no contact or support from that side of the family,” especially from her “biological mother [Wynonna Judd].”
