In fact, some people think that the Queen of England deserves this honor just as much as Dolly Parton.

Reports say that the Nashville International Airport might soon be renamed in Dolly’s honor after the country singer died at the age of 80 in late August.

But, should Camilla get the same recognition even though she is one of the most controversial members of the British royal family. Some royalists believe that the answer is yes.

According to the Telegraph, one source close to the situation even puts it this way, “So, in the varied cycle of news over one week in August, it is possible to draw wide-ranging links with Camilla and so much of what is happening in the world.

The insider added, “Bill Lee, the governor of Tennessee, Parton’s home state, has announced that Nashville International Airport is going to be renamed after the singer as a lasting tribute. In due course I am confident similar recognition will follow for Queen Camilla.”

Now, whether or not Queen Camilla does get an airport renamed after her remains to be seen, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon. That, and it’s doubtful that any of the late Princess Diana’s relatives are going to fly through the airport, either.
