The Young and the Restless promo for the week of November 2-6 has dropped! Fans can expect to see Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) attempt to snag an opportunity at Jabot, while Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) could be pregnant.
Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is already in trouble at the hospital. Find out more about what’s set to unravel next week by reading below.
Key Takeaways
- Diane presents Lily with a once-in-a-lifetime proposition
- Lily could be offered an opportunity at Jabot
- Chelsea complains about Adam’s push to have another baby
- Abby suddenly wonders whether she could be pregnant
- Dr. Andrew Bishop interrupts Nate and Stephanie at the hospital
Lily Winters’ Jabot Offer
The Young and the Restless preview for the week of November 2 opens with a scene of Lily and Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) at Crimson Lights enjoying a coffee.
The two women aren’t enemies, but they’ve never exactly been friends, either.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) walks by their table and states, “I didn’t realize you two were coffee pals.”
Lily acknowledges that her coffee date with Diane is a first, which is when Diane pipes up and says that she asked Lily to meet because she wanted to present her with a once-in-a-lifetime proposition.
Could this be about Jabot?
Lily is the CEO of a major conglomerate; however, she once modeled for the cosmetics company in the early 2000s.
Will Diane approach Lily for a specific campaign?
With Lily’s personal and professional life already undergoing changes, Diane’s mysterious offer could open another interesting chapter.
Chelsea Lawson’s Baby Complaints
Over at Society, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will complain to Abby.
It sounds like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may once again bring up the idea of them having another baby, when Chelsea already made it clear she doesn’t want to be pregnant again.
Chelsea notes that she’s the one who will carry the child and deal with the insomnia, indigestion, and nausea that come with pregnancy, not Adam!
This is when Abby becomes reflective and blurts out, “OMG … could I be pregnant?”
As Adam’s growing attachment to baby Ruby continues to raise concerns, Chelsea’s frustration with his desire for another child could create even more tension.

New Character Debut
As The Young and the Restless weekly promo comes to a close, Nate is shown hugging Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) in a hospital office.
This is when new character Dr. Andrew Bishop, played by Fareed Ward, walks in.
He interrupts the couple by saying, “I heard rumors you were back, Nate.”
With a judgmental look at Stephanie, Andrew goes on to say, “It looks like you’ve had no trouble settling back in.”
It sounds like Stephanie and Nate may have problems with their romance at work, but why does Andrew care?
With romantic complications and family tensions already stirring up Genoa City, Nate and Stephanie may soon have a workplace problem of their own.
Annemarie’s Take
Now Abby possibly being pregnant is an interesting twist! Chelsea certainly wasn’t expecting that reaction when she started complaining about Adam wanting another baby. I can’t wait to see whether Abby’s suspicion turns out to be true.
I’m also curious about Diane’s offer to Lily. Could Jabot be getting a familiar face back in the cosmetics business? And Nate hasn’t even settled into his hospital job before someone starts questioning his relationship with Stephanie. Something tells me Dr. Bishop could be trouble!
