Meghan Markle Accuses UK Tabloids For Ruining Her Relationship With Her Dad

I think that Meghan Markle is giving the British tabloids way too much credit. According to her, they are the ones responsible for her failed, estranged, and sad relationship with her dad Thomas Markle. Yes, you read that correctly.

According to court documents obtained by The Guardian, Meghan, via her lawyers, has the audacity to blame the “intrusive UK tabloid media,” for her estrangement from her dad. According to Me-Gain, she and her dad, “had a very close father/daughter relationship throughout her childhood and remained close until he was targeted three years ago,” by said media.

Meghan’s Latest Allegations Are Nothing Short Of Outrageous

The documents are part of her infamous legal case against the Mail on Sunday undertaken after they published parts of a letter she sent to her father.

Her lawyers make the claim that Meghan gave her father “substantial” financial support between 2014-18, made possible by her stint on the television series, Suits. But, she says she only stopped the gravy train after their relationship broke down before her wedding to Prince Harry, which allegedly was caused by the UK tabs.

Meghan and her husband Harry were not happy after Thomas Markle staged pics of himself that he then sold to a tabloid. This occurred prior to the wedding, which by the way Meghan has boasted made a lot of dinero for the UK. She sure seems to have money on the brain, doesn’t she?

As you may have heard, Meghan was incensed because her father missed her wedding due to a “massive heart attack.” Allegedly his doctors told him he could die as a result of flying to London but Meghan wrote in a letter that his no show was a great stressor for her.

Now friends of Markle’s are claiming that the Mail on Sunday is “abusing” the British court system by forcing her to disclose personal information. Maybe she should have thought about that before she brought her lawsuit?

A source close to Meghan told The Guardian, “We believe the Mail is no longer using the litigation process for its defense and is fixated on trying to cause more harm through headline generation. They are focused on dragging this process out and are abusing the court process to use irrelevant personal details for ‘exclusives’ prior to trial in order to hide their unlawful actions and distract from the matter at the heart of this case.”

Let’s not forget for one minute that it was Meghan herself who initiated the whole legal process in the first place, the one she is now allegedly complaining about via her friends.
