CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that fans continue to love watching the flashback episodes and will savor them until the show returns with all new content on August 11. As the encore episodes, air viewers inevitably wonder why certain characters are no longer on the air. We’re talking about past fan faves, exceptional villains, and heartwarming protagonists.

One of those characters was in full view last week, JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill). He and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) were young and in love and they married, never guessing how gruesome and tragic their future would be.

But until the time that JT became a reckless wife beater, he was one of Genoa City’s more interesting residents, talented, upstanding, and full of charm. He’s been off the canvas for a while, and its entirely possible that JT is rehabbed which would make a comeback a terrific idea. Then again, his return might be even better if his bad boy streak is intact!

Here are three reasons why JT Hellstrom needs to come back to Genoa City!

#1 Victoria Is Done With Billy Abbott Is It Time For JT Hellstrom To Reclaim Her Heart?

Victoria seems to have washed her hands of that other bad boy ex-husband of hers, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Which means it’s the perfect time to bring back JT to try and win her love again. Victoria is never, ever, without a man for long so having JT pay her attention would be like catnip to a cat. Doesn’t he deserve another chance to make her happy since it was determined that his icky behavior was down to a brain tumor?

#2 Adam Newman And Chance Chancellor Could Use A Third Partner In Crime

JT detests Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) almost as much as Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) does. We are still waiting to find out what Adam and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) were really up to in Las Vegas when Adam called himself Spider. Wouldn’t it be grand if these two turn out to be on the wrong side of the law?

If so, JT would be the perfect choice to join them in their underhanded shenanigans, specifically trying to take down The Mustache!
