The Young And The Restless: Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 18, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a long talk with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) over the fact that Adam went to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to get help retrieving his repressed memories. Chelsea will be livid that Adam turned to Sharon in his time of need, and she’ll argue that there are other therapists out there who could help him.

Chelsea will also be upset that Adam went to see Sharon behind her back, but Adam will plead with Chelsea for her support since he feels that he needs to get to the bottom of what happened all those years ago in Kansas. Chelsea will think that it’s a mistake for Adam to open this can of worms. But Adam will say that he needs to know what happened in the past.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Wants Adam Newman To Drop His Quest Into The Past

Chelsea will suggest that she, Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), and Adam go somewhere else and start over, but Adam will insist that running away from his past isn’t the answer here. Ultimately, Adam will say that if Chelsea doesn’t want him to do this, then he won’t. Chelsea will be insistent that this just isn’t what he needs, and that nothing good will come of uncovering those memories.

Y&R Spoilers – Rey Rosales Offers His Support To Sharon Newman

Next on Y&R, Sharon and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will discuss Sharon’s decision to help Adam dig into his past. Sharon won’t betray Adam’s confidence; she’ll simply tell Rey that Adam had a traumatic experience as a child, and Rey will catch on right away that Adam wants Sharon’s help as a therapist. Rey will blast Adam for being selfish and wanting Sharon’s help as she’s battling cancer.

Sharon will remind Rey that since she knows Adam’s history, she’ll be in a special position to help him through this. Rey will be sure that Adam’s needs will come first in the equation and that Sharon could end up getting used. Rey will insist that he’s not jealous, and Sharon will understand where Rey’s coming from, but she’ll assure Rey that she’ll set boundaries. Rey will promise not to stand in Sharon’s way, and he’ll say that he’ll support her through it.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Newman Treats Phyllis Summers To An “Escape” Afternoon

Next on Y&R, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have a special day of relaxation all set up for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in her suite at the Grand Phoenix. Nick will run a bath for Phyllis, and there will be candles and a whole spa setup going. Phyllis will love the whole experience, and she’ll especially love the video game challenge that Nick has set up for the two of them. The two will enjoy the competition, and Phyllis will even win.

After a nice dinner and dessert to round out the day, Phyllis will give Nick some insight about her new business venture, which will be a private “escape” club for women at the Grand Phoenix called “The Grand Phoenix Escape Club.” Nick will love the idea, and he’ll compliment Phyllis on the whole thing.

Y&R Spoilers – Lola Rosales Returns From Miami & Gets Caught Up On Genoa City Life

Next on Y&R, at Society, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will be back after her Miami trip, but she’ll tell Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) that her trip was basically a disaster. Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will arrive at the restaurant and place a call to someone about “not wanting them to know it’s coming,” and he’ll tell the person he’s talking to that it’s great to have him or her on board.

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will arrive as well, and after telling Theo to let Lola ease back into things, Theo will bellow, “Welcome back Lola!” and make a big scene. Mariah and Kyle will recap Theo’s firing from Jabot, and they’ll talk a bit about how everything between Kyle and Summer Newman (Hunter King) is going well.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott & Theo Vanderway Bury The Hatchet

In the kitchen, Theo will disclose the embarrassing details about what caused him to get fired from Jabot, and Lola will laugh. Theo will inquire about what happened in Miami, and it will turn out that Lola had to cut her losses and give up her dream of having a restaurant there.

Finally, on Tuesday’s new episode of Y&R, Kyle will approach Theo wondering if they could make amends and put the past in the past, and Theo will agree.
