ABC General Hospital spoilers tease Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) made her presence felt this week on General Hospital. As viewers know, thanks to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleston) was fired as Chief of Staff. Cyrus wasted no time hiring her replacement, Britt Westbourne!
General Hospital Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Wasted No Time!
On her very first day, Britt demoted Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) from head of nursing to an administrative position with no patient contact and reduced Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) schedule to no more than two shifts a week. She also put Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) on notice that his work was being reviewed as well. Given her history with them, it’s no surprise that Britt would take such a stand. But would she really throw her hat in with Cyrus, after she just got her medical license back?
A mysterious comment
When Britt was last in town, she hinted to Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) that she had to do some very distasteful things in order to get her medical license back. Perhaps the WSB approached Britt and offered to help her if she got close to Cyrus. Cyrus just got out of jail, thanks to Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) exonerating Cyrus by exposing that the evidence that put him away was fabricated, although Cyrus was actually guilty. Britt may guilty of a lot of things, but would she really put her career at risk once again by working with Cyrus if there was even a chance he was the criminal that everyone else believes he is?
GH Spoilers – Dante Falconeri’s Offer?
Very recently, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) was also approached to take on another assignment for the WSB. Dante refused since he is still trying to recover from whatever brainwashing was done to him. Dante was told the case involved people close to him. Maybe they wanted him to be Britt’s handler in order to put Cyrus back in prison. Dante has finally committed to getting well, so he may end up taking the assignment after all.
Britt Westbourne Would Be The Perfect Choice
Given Britt’s history of antagonism with most Port Charles residents, it wouldn’t be hard for her to convince Cyrus she was on the side and loyal to him. But Cyrus is a very dangerous man, and Britt will have to be careful not to cross him. And the timing of her return is also suspicious. She mysteriously left after a couple of days when she worked at General Hospital a few months ago. While there is no doubt that Britt wants to get back at Epiphany and Elizabeth, it seems more likely that Britt’s trying to prove herself to Cyrus.
