Meghan is suing Associated Newspapers over an alleged invasion of privacy and she’s already lost two skirmishes, with real lawyers urging her to wave the white flag before she loses the whole shebang.

According to the insider, Meghan wants to, “testify in person but, it’s all going to depend on the state of things [With COVID-19]. Ideally, she does want to be there in person to give her testimony.”
