British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle Duchess of Sussex has announced that she had a miscarriage in July. She revealed the news in a letter sent to the New York Times.
Meghan wrote, “I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second.”
“I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right.”
“Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband’s hand. I felt the clamminess of his palm and kissed his knuckles, wet from both our tears.”
“Staring at the cold white walls, my eyes glazed over. I tried to imagine how we’d heal.”

She reportedly sent her letter to the newspaper in order to urge people to, “commit to asking others, ‘are you OK?'” during Thanksgiving holiday.

A source close to Meghan then confirmed to the BBC that she is currently in good health and that the couple know how common miscarriage is. Former supermodel Chrissy Teigen and her musician husband John Legend recently shared their news of having a miscarriage.
When asked about the matter, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said, “It’s a deeply personal matter we would not comment on.”

Meghan continued on, “Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few.”
“In the pain of our loss, my husband and I discovered that in a room of 100 women, 10 to 20 of them will have suffered from miscarriage.”
“Yet despite the staggering commonality of this pain, the conversation remains taboo, riddled with (unwarranted) shame, and perpetuating a cycle of solitary mourning.”
“Some have bravely shared their stories; they have opened the door, knowing that when one person speaks truth, it gives license for all of us to do the same.”

Not sure what to say about this.
Megan again and her poor me act! How insensitive can this self-centered women get. Her article doesn't help women in my situation. We don't want some showboating, attention seeking nasisist using our very tragic experience for her efforts for more attention. I suffered many miscarriages before finally being told to stop trying. I wasn't fortunate enough to even hold one healthy baby in my arms. One miscarriage took 3 days, 7.30 am at the doctor's, not being seen until 10.30 am, sent to a crowded, busy hospital, having to carry a bloody cup of urine down a busy hall for testing, not getting home until 2pm, by this time terrible stomach cramps warning of impending loss. Another miscarriage went on for three weeks, I had to visit a walk-in clinic because of trouble finding a doctor's to register with in a new town. I had what I thought was a period, so they treated me for stomach flu. It was only when I mentioned the pain resembled a miscarriage I was given a pregnancy test, it was positive but by then far too late to save my baby. Thankfully I have a good relationship with mine and my husband's family who gave me tremendous support but of course Megan doesn't understand that concept and the value of family. Unlike Megan I don't want to broadcast this painful situation for attention but I'm am moved by anger and frustration of her turning womens tragic experiences into one of her circus performances, she's not a medical professional, or therapist, shut her up please.
I suffered miscarriages. Her remarks are contrived. She craves the limelight.
I would be very surprised if any of this was true. Remember the circumstances surrounding Archie's birth? If in fact this is true, why did she wait so long to announce it, if ever? She's the one that whines and cries about maintaining her privacy. Then in this case was she just waiting for the perfect time to release this sad news? After all they have become very unpopular in the Uk and in other parts of the world. Maybe, capitalizing on this latest hardship she can milk it for all its worth, monetarily speaking. This woman is absolute poison. She is crass, indifferent and purely out for herself. Harry's a real idiot!
I appreciate your thoughtful reply and taking time to share your experience.
Who doesn't
I love the fact that Meghan shared this, thanks Meghan.
No one would want to lie with stuff like this. Only racists and haters are reading meanings into it. Everyone should just repent and give his/her life to Christ and stop being hateful. God bless you Mary j wymer
Taking time to share her experience? She is against Meghan sharing her own experience, so why would she share hers? This is a hypocritical way of wanting to be in the limelight but at the same time wrongly accusing others. I am for peace and I want peace for everyone. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Shalom
You women are being catty B@;$chs!! Would it kill you to be supportive of each other instead of tearing each other down?! You all should be ashamed of yourself. A miscarriage is the loss of a child, your child. Can anyone of you think of anything more painful? Everyone grieves differently. Live and let live……
