David Staton shares his northern Colorado home with two rescue cats and two rescue dogs, far too many books and art objects and his wife, the lovely Doctor Ryan. In general, everyone gets along well, though he sometimes believes the cats are conspiring against him (they like the “mother of cats” better). His lifelong hobby is writing, having produced his first story when he was in Mrs. Baker’s class in third grade.
