The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, January 31 Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is stunned to find out that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) shot Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is grateful to Bill for giving her a second chance at life. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) show up to congratulate Deacon on the new restaurant.

Brooke asks Deacon how it feels to be running his own restaurant. Deacon tells Brooke and Hope his plans for the future. Deacon asks Brooke and Hope to try his pizza. Hope and Brooke are impressed with the pizza. Hope and Brooke offer Deacon some advice. Deacon realizes that Hope and Brooke are teasing him. Brooke and Hope talk to Deacon about Sheila. Deacon tries to deflect the conversation.

Deacon wants to do a relaunch of the restaurant. Brooke doesn’t understand what Bill is doing. Hope says a man would have to be crazy to have feelings for Sheila. Brooke and Hope try to figure out what is going on with Bill and Sheila. Deacon listens and remembers his time with Sheila. Brooke says there has to be a reason for this.

Sheila tells Bill to put what Katie said out of his mind. Bill said Katie got him thinking about the past. Sheila says the Logans and the Forresters never accepted Bill as he was. Bill spent years trying to fit in. Sheila says Taylor will have to live with this for the rest of her life. Sheila talks about the night Bill was shot.

Sheila says it is chilling to think she could have lost him all of those years ago. Sheila says she and Bill are meant to be. Sheila remembers the news about the shooting. Sheila remembers how this incredible force of a man was taken down by a coward. Sheila realizes she isn’t a monster, she just made mistakes like everyone else.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan Is Shocked By Taylor Hayes’ Confession

Katie cannot believe that Taylor is the one who shot Bill. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doesn’t want to discuss this right now. Taylor likens herself to Sheila that night. Taylor says there is darkness in all of us. Taylor doesn’t know what happened that night. Katie needs to know exactly what happened that night. Katie asks what could have possessed Taylor to shoot Bill that night. Taylor thought Bill had done something unforgivable. Taylor had no intention of killing Bill. Taylor says she wanted in and approached the door.

Taylor was so confused. Taylor looked around and saw and gun. Taylor picked up the gun and started walking toward Bill. Taylor couldn’t let him get by with what she thought he had done. Taylor tells Katie she is sorry. Taylor wasn’t herself that night. Steffy defends Taylor. Bill forgave Taylor and promised he wouldn’t say anything. Katie cannot wrap her head around this. Katie still doesn’t know how Sheila managed to get into Bill’s head. Steffy says they need to figure out how to stop Sheila once and for all.
