Sheila’s unforced reveal to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) happened during the mega reveal about the double shooting of John Finn Finnegan and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Ridge’s presence at the cliff house in that scene telegraphed what was to come.

Fans who have been with this soap since its early days or have watched retrospective scenes, either through flashbacks or online searches, know that the connection between Brooke and Ridge is one of the show’s enduring arcs.

Ridge married Taylor first and has more children with her than Brooke. But the volume of unions with Brooke, along with the divorces and separations, far surpasses his marriages and yes, love for Taylor.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Expected Revival

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers revealed Brooke was nervous when Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) returned following his release from prison. He claimed to have changed and has been far less wild as compared to years ago.

As expected, conflict ensued that caused Ridge to split from Brooke because of her involvement with Deacon. But the New Year’s Eve connection was not as bad as it seemed, which Ridge recognized.

But he was drawn to Taylor during this time in the plot. Plus, the heinous crimes Sheila eventually committed against Finn and Steffy cause Ridge and Taylor to bond.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Taylor Hayes’ Next Story

Taylor dealt with her past and was determined to reconnect with her children. That goal has been achieved.

But Taylor’s other hoped-for aim has been caught in Brooke’s shadow. While Ridge cares for Taylor, the love he has for her pales when compared to the dept of his feeling for Brooke.

There are some available options for Taylor within this half-hour steamer’s small cast. But if one of them is not her destiny, then possibly the character Allen is now playing rediscovers another old flame or meets a new man on B&B.
