Bold and the Beautiful News: Karla Mosley Scores New Gig – “From the Heart”

Best known for her role as Maya Avant on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Karla Mosley joins the cast of an upcoming movie called “From the Heart.”

On July 3, the actress, who plays the role of Evelyn in the film, posted a photo of herself on Instagram, a week after they wrapped up their shoot. In her post she said, “I can’t believe it was just a week ago that I had the pleasure of working with these wonderful, wacky souls in Arkansas! Yes, that lovely Amish girl is with us. She was curious about microwaves…”

In this film, Mosley works with Cassidy Finch as Kathy, Kevin Joy as Isaac, Jonathan Patrick Moore as Jack, Laura Shatkus as Hazel, and Madison Lawlor as Mirian Yoder.

“From the Heart” revolves on the story of Kathy Yoder who is faced with a decision as to whether she should return to her Amish life or continue to pursue her passion as a travel writer. When Yoder goes back to the life she once lived to put her father’s affairs in order, she rekindles the wonderful feeling of being part of the community and seeing her former lover, Isaac Mast. Which life will she choose?

The American actress and singer, joined the cast of “The Bold and the Beautiful, in 2013. She was also part of “Room 8,” a web series that was part of the show’s storyline and worked with “The Bold and the Beautiful” co-star Lawrence Saint-Victor. Some viewers may find Mosley familiar. She used to be one of the cast members of the American counterpart of the Australian children’s TV show “HI-5.” She was the youngest member of the group, and he had her own segment called “Body Move” where she presents silly dances and exercise routines that viewers can follow at home.
