The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – The Christmas Dance and Katherine Kelly Lang

A brief synopsis of the movie is that Katherine’s character, Sarah is having problems planning her holiday, after being traumatized by her previous Christmas. However, while she is navigating various unexpected emergencies in her life, she gets taught the titular Christmas Dance. The film also stars Richard Karn (Home Improvement).

A B&B fan favorite, Katherine has played the role of Brooke Logan since the first episode of The Bold and the Beautiful aired in 1987. The actress has been involved in many different storylines in the soap over the decades and always handles them graciously and expertly.

Looking back on her life, Katherine grew up and attended school in Beverly Hills and her mother, Judith Lang was also an actress, so it’s definitely in the family. A little different, however, is that her father Keith Wegeman was a champion Olympic ski jumper, but he did play the Jolly Green Giant for a while.

In 1979, Katherine landed her first acting role in the film Skatetown U.S.A. In the 1980s, she appeared in several television series and movies, including Happy Days, Fall Guy and 1st and Ten. These days the B&B actress is now set to star in three new movie releases, all coming soon. There is The Christmas Dance as mentioned, where she stars as Sarah, as well as a comedy film Stan the Man and a thriller titled Diabolika.
