Bold and the Beautiful News – Scott Sets The Record Straight
Scott was forced to take to his social media account to fire back at some false accusations that were made by his fans. While we all know that daytime television fans are some of the most passionate ones out there, some people do take things a little too far.
According to Scott, he had to once again remind his fans that he’s playing a character on a daytime soap and that his personal life and opinions are a world away from that of Liam Spencer’s. You’d think by now that some people would already know that!
Scott was forced to clarify a few things by writing, “Yes, almost all fans recognize intellectually that I’m not Liam. But emotionally it’s harder to separate us. Everyone has biases. So when the story is such that Liam appears dismissive or hurtful toward Steffy, it’s genuinely hard for some fans to look at my face or read my words without trying to read between the lines to see if I condone or condemn it. Here’s the truth: I, Scott, do not have any loyalty toward one coupling or another.”

He also added, “My loyalty, rather, is to Mr. Bell and whatever story he wants to tell at that time. I’m not an artist; I’m a hired gun. This is not to say I don’t love working with certain actors or wish I got more screen time with others. But that’s just behind the scenes—totally independent of story.”
Clearly, Scott loves the work that he does and appreciates all of his fans and their support and their loyalty. But sometimes you just have to remind them that this all make believe, right?

I agree, in any job you have you got to be a team player. I think being a actor or actress is hard because some people can’t understand this part your are playing is not real,and if your boss tells you to do something or assign apart to you , it is in the best interest for you and your team to just do it.
Liam wimped out again, Hope remarried when so many people warned her not to marry Thomas, and then doesn’t Liam have a family with Steffy and Kelly, what is little Kelly suppose to think when her Daddy is gone?
I agree . The writers just took this in the wrong direction . The actors and actresses did an outstanding job with the scripts they were given . At times I myself forgot this is fiction.
This is a soap and not real life, People are so stupid coming at Scott Clifton. He just plays Liam and does as he is told. If I were Scott, I would NOT justify myself, it is a soap.
what ever mr. Bell decides for her to think. SHE ISN’T A REAL PERSON. she’s just the writers imagination.
Kelly most likely is Bills.
