Bold and the Beautiful Recap Friday December 13: Brooke Depressed Over Divorce, Thomas Fantasizes About The Future

On Friday, December 13, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) urges Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) to back out of the fashion showdown. If Hope refuses to use Thomas as her designer, there’s no way she can win. Hope is up for the challenge.

Steffy and Hope agree that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) played a part in the end of Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) marriage.

Thomas asks Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to cut him some slack. Thomas hopes that they can get along for the sake of Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Liam isn’t buying Thomas’ mea culpa act. Liam calls out Thomas on his indecent proposal to exchange sex for custody of his son. Liam lays it on the line: there will never be a future for Thomas and Hope.

B&B Spoilers– Brooke Logan Depressed Over Divorce

Brooke mopes around her home, mourning the death of her marriage and wishing Ridge would walk through the door. Hope arrives to comfort her. Hope feels responsible for the break-up. Her bid for custody of Douglas added to the tensions between the couple.

Brooke sets her daughter straight: the reason the marriage ended was because Brooke couldn’t forgive Thomas. Brooke worries that Hope is still considering working with Thomas. Thomas is obsessed and needs serious help.

Thomas gives Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) the happy news that Ridge and Brooke are filing for divorce. Shauna won’t take the bait: she would never be excited for the end of a marriage. Thomas is rooting for a Ridge/Shauna relationship and urges her to go after Ridge. He says that they both deserve a chance at happiness. Thomas flatters Shauna and makes his case to her: he’s not the same person anymore and is trying to make a better life for himself and his son. Shauna suspects that Thomas still wants another chance with Hope.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers– Thomas Forrester Daydreams About His Future

When he’s alone, Thomas daydreams about him and Hope becoming the new Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). He imagines Brooke dying, Hope congratulating him on his new designs, Liam and Steffy reuniting, and Ridge and Shauna hooking up.

Liam pays a visit to the co-CEO of Forrester Creations. Liam needs Steffy’s help to expose Thomas. Liam wants to prove to everyone, including Ridge, that Thomas is still dangerous and up to no good. Liam asks Steffy to help him sniff out the truth. Steffy and Liam wonder how long Thomas’ vow to be a better person will last. Steffy doesn’t want to go behind her brother’s back, but Liam says it’s the only way to discover whether Thomas has truly changed.
