Bold and the Beautiful Recap & Spoilers Wednesday May 6 2020: Bill Spencer and Katie Logan Say I Do, Better Days For Batie

The Bold & the Beautiful continues its Epic Wedding Week on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, as viewers flash back to the marriage of Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) filmed in 2009.

Katie takes Bill’s breath away as Daddy Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) walks her down a path in a park near Katie’s childhood home. Katie grew up feeling isolated and alone, watching life happen outside her bedroom window. Now, she’s turning her sadness to joy by marrying Bill.

At the Forrester compound in Beverly Hills, Bold and Beautiful spoilers show Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) supervise the catering staff for the wedding reception and sample the caviar and brie. Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) catches them off guard. They promise that there’s nothing going on between them, they’re just enjoying each other’s company.

Stephanie says that Eric’s wife should be supporting him instead of the SOB who stole his company. Thorne agrees that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) isn’t showing Eric respect or concern. Eric doesn’t like it that Donna is hosting a reception for the man who stole Eric’s job and for the woman Bill installed in his place. Thorne chuckles as he watches the banter between his parents.

At first, Stephanie mocks Bill and Katie for marrying in a public park in the San Fernando Valley on CBS Bold and the Beautiful. Then, she realizes that Katie is paying sentimental tribute to her childhood and her mother. Stephanie admits that she hasn’t been kind to the Logans over the years but she always admired Katie for the way she loves her family. Stephanie, Eric, and Thorne drink to Katie’s wedding day.

Caroline Spencer (Joanna Johnson) reads a poem and says that Katie is the only woman who can put a smile on her brother’s face. Stephen speaks about his memories of Katie pulling her rusty old Radio Flyer wagon down the sidewalk. She never had a toy of her own but she treasured the hand-me-down wagon. Now, she has someone who is truly hers and will treasure her as she deserves to be treasured. He warns Bill not to take his daughter for granted. Stephen thanks God that Katie has forgiven him for leaving her.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Bill and Katie exchange rings. Bill pledges his commitment, trust, and the promise of a joyous life together. He claims that he’s never broken a promise.

Katie says that Bill has changed her and made her hopeful for the future. She says that the neighborhood is where her heart is. The lonely little girl she used to be couldn’t have imagined marrying a tough guy like Bill. She accepts him for who he is. She loves his honesty, loyalty, and strength and promises to cherish his heart for the rest of her life.

Bill starts to read his prepared vows on today’s Bold and the Beautiful recap and then changes his mind, flying by the seat of his pants. He says that the park will always be a sacred place because it’s where he first saw her for the woman she truly is. She has made him want to be a part of a family. He will love her every day until he dies.

The reverend pronounces Bill and Katie to be husband wife. Bill kisses his bride. The happy couple drives away in a red convertible and today’s Bold and the Beautiful episode ends.
