The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, May 7 – Victor Visits Nikki In The Hospital – Jill Turns Down Keith’s Proposal – Michael Gets A New Job

Young and the Restless Flashback Nikki Newman, Melody Thomas ScottThe Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, May 7, tease that viewers will be treated to an encore episode of Y&R that originally aired on April 14, 1998. This show is part of the show’s “Victor & Nikki: A Lifetime Of Love” week, and it’s sure to be a treat for both long-time viewers and more recent viewers as well.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Newman Bemoans Cassie Johnson’s Arrival In His Life

First off, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will talk with Grace Young (Jennifer Gareis) at the office. Grace will immediately notice that something’s bothering Nick, and Nick will start complaining about what’s been going on with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Nick will say that his life is changing dramatically, yet he seems to have no say in it at all.

Nick will explain that the problem is Cassie Johnson (Camryn Grimes), whom he recently discovered was Sharon’s daughter. Nick will bemoan the fact that he suddenly has another child to care for when was already having problems making enough time for his son. Grace will say that Cassie is a great little girl and that Nick knew that Sharon had a daughter, but Nick will say he wasn’t prepared for her to show up.

After talking all this through, Grace and Nick will make a pact and decide not to talk about personal things at the office. Grace will express understanding toward Nick, especially over how he wanted to take some time to get ensconced at Newman Enterprises. Nick will muse that Grace can understand this, but Sharon can’t. Grace will note the differences between herself and Sharon- their priorities are currently different.

CBS Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Summers Blasts Christine Williams

Next on Y&R, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will show up at Christine Williams’ (Lauralee Bell) office and lobby for Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). Phyllis will go on about how Michael desperately wants a second chance at life and about how he loves the law. Phyllis will beg Christine to forgive Michael and to speak on his behalf. Christine will balk, and that will lead to a fierce argument between the women until Phyllis storms out.

Young & Restless Spoilers 2020: Victor Newman Promises Diane Jenkins That They’ll Eventually Be Together

Next on Y&R, Diane Jenkins (Alex Donnelley) will greet Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) as he arrives home. They’ll kiss, and Victor will say how sorry he is that he’s been neglecting her recently. Diane will be understanding about Victor needing to be away. Diane will say that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) told her that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is expected to make a full recovery. Victor will balk, saying that Nikki is still critical and could relapse.

Diane won’t be happy to hear that Victor plans to spend more time with Nikki, since he believes it will help her heal emotionally. Victor will say that as soon as Nikki makes a full recovery, then the two of them can be together. Diane will wonder if Victor is trying to tell her something else, but Victor will assure her that they’ll be together. Victor and Diane will kiss.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers 2020 :Michael Baldwin Impresses A Potential Employer

Meanwhile, Michael will have a job interview with a woman at Memorial Hospital. Michael will be vying for a part-time position as the hospital’s ombudsman. Michael will surprise the woman by being candid and up-front about his stint in prison, and about how he is a changed man. Although the woman will initially be shocked by Michael’s history, she’ll ultimately be impressed by him and his references.

Young and the Restless Spoilers This Week: Jill Abbott Turns Down Keith Dennison’s Marriage Proposal

Next on Y&R, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will talk with Keith Dennison (Granville Van Dusen). Keith will want to discuss his marriage proposal, and he’ll feel that he’s given Jill plenty of time to think it over. Jill will say that while he is a wonderful man, she doesn’t want to be married, and that she’d like to continue on as they are.

However, Keith will say that he’s old-fashioned and believes in marriage. He’ll also note that Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) predicted that Jill wouldn’t accept his proposal. That will make Jill irate, and she’ll fume about Katherine sticking her nose into her business. Ultimately, Jill will refuse Keith’s proposal, and he’ll tell her to pack her things and leave this evening.

Young and the Restless Spoilers Tomorrow: Michael Baldwin Tells Phyllis Summers To Butt Out

Phyllis will return home to find Michael there with champagne – he will have gotten the job at the hospital. Phyllis will be thrilled for him, and she’ll mention that she spoke to Christine on his behalf. Michael will be livid with Phyllis for butting in and potentially making things worse with Christine. Ultimately, Phyllis will agree to stay out of that part of Michael’s life, and she’ll note that Christine won’t ever do anything for him. Michael will say that he’s going to find a way to prove himself to Christine.

Diane Jenkins Professes Her Trust In Victor Newman

At Diane’s place, Jack will drop by and immediately notice that something’s wrong. Diane will proceed to tell Jack that Victor is insisting on having more time with Nikki because she’s still not out of the woods. Jack will caution Diane that things might not turn out the way that Victor has promised. Diane will say that she’s going to be patient and wait for Victor to come back to her. Diane will say that she believes in Victor and that he wouldn’t lie to her just to make her feel better.

Y&R Spoilers: Jill Abbott Decides To Move In With Katherine Chancellor

Next on Y&R, Jill will burst into the Chancellor mansion ready for a fight with Katherine. Jill will blast Katherine for going to Keith and telling him that she wouldn’t accept his marriage proposal. Katherine will say that Keith deserved to know the truth, and that it was clear that Jill wasn’t going to tell him. The women will argue heatedly, and ultimately Katherine will tell Jill that she should be thankful for her interference.

Jill will then point out that now she’s got no place to live, and Katherine will suggest that Jill go to the Abbott estate, but Jill won’t want to do that. Katherine will say that Jill could stay with her – after all, it’s a big house and they wouldn’t see much of each other. Jill will initially refuse, but ultimately she’ll relent, saying that this could be the perfect way to get back at Katherine.

CBS Young and Restless Episodes: Victor Newman Visits Nikki Newman In The Hospital

Finally, on Thursday’s encore episode of Y&R, Victor will go to see Nikki, who will thank Victor for reuniting the family. Nikki will say that it saved her life, and their marriage gave her the will to live. Victor will encourage Nikki and say that she’s on the road to recovery. Nikki will think that she must look a mess, and as she looks at herself in a nearby mirror, she’ll say that she needs some makeup.

Victor will then leave, and when he returns, he’ll have makeup with him that one of the nurses helped him to purchase. Victor will apply the makeup for Nikki, and she’ll be happy with the end result, which she’ll see in the mirror. Nikki will thank Victor, and he’ll kiss her gently on the forehead.
