Bold and the Beautiful Recap Wednesday November 27: Delusional Thomas Thinks He And Hope Are Getting Back Together, Ridge Romances Shauna

The Wednesday, November 27, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, opens with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) seeking legal help to wrest his grandson from the Logans’ clutches.

Ridge is disappointed when Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) tells him that there’s nothing he can do about Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) adoption of Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) believes that Hope is a good choice to adopt Douglas because Ridge can check on him when he moves back in with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Brooke is distracted as her daughter chatters about how good it felt to drop Douglas off at school as his mom and how relieved she is that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is alive. Brooke grumbles that Thomas was cruel to go into hiding and let Hope believe he was dead.

Ridge tells Shauna that he’s never going back to Brooke. Shauna vows to be a shoulder he can lean on, but she feels awkward in caring about him while, at the same time, consoling him about his crumbling marriage. When she tries to leave and give him time alone, he asks her to stay. He says that, when he met her, he knew she was extraordinary and had a wild spirit that makes him smile. Ridge wants some of the fun Shauna has to offer. Maybe she’s the light after his darkness. Ridge kisses Shauna while Brooke cries over the breakup of her marriage.

Thomas returns to Forrester Creations to work alongside his sister in approving Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) new line. Steffy razzes her brother for faking his death. He defends his choice. He wanted Hope to see that good people make bad decisions and how awful it is to keep a secret. He says that he loves Hope and she will be a good mother to Douglas.

Steffy throws cold water on Thomas’ dreams of being a real family with Hope and Douglas. Steffy does believe that adopting Douglas will cause problems between Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Brooke confesses to Hope that things didn’t go well when she told the truth about covering up Thomas’ “death”. Hope and Liam are surprised to learn that Ridge walked out on Brooke because of Thomas and the shared custody.

Hope spills all to Liam about her night with Thomas and his fall into the vat of cleaning solution – Liam she thought was acid. She regrets not telling the truth to security, the police, or Liam. An understanding Liam comforts her but is angry that Thomas manipulated her. Thomas letting Hope believe he was dead proves that he’s incapable of change and is still a bad guy. He’s disappointed that she didn’t confide in him and worried that she believes Thomas’ lies
