Bold and the Beautiful Recap Wednesday September 18: Shauna Shocks Flo, Ridge Almost Confesses

The Wednesday, September 18, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, begins with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) attempting to confess the truth about Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards).

Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) interrupts, assuring him that, although they are at odds about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), she still loves Ridge more than anything. After Brooke and Ridge kiss, he decides to keep the secret about his drunken night with Shauna. Brooke tells Ridge that they need a date in order to get back to who they are and what they mean to each other.

Ridge regrets that he missed the signs about his son. He admits that Thomas is making bad choices, including doing awful things to Brooke’s daughter, but Ridge doesn’t know how to fix it. What Ridge does know is that he can’t let Thomas affect his relationship with Brooke anymore. Brooke understands his desire to advocate for his son, but Thomas is damaged and needs more help than Ridge is able to give him. Ridge gets touchy again, accusing Brooke of starting round two of their fight.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Agree To Disagree About Thomas Forrester

They agree to disagree about Thomas. Brooke concedes that Thomas isn’t completely to blame—Dr. Buckingham (Wayne Brady) is the one who put the dead baby in Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) arms, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) signed off on it, and Shauna convinced her daughter to keep quiet about the scam. Brooke’s proclamation that she doesn’t want to see Flo or Shauna ever again makes Ridge very uneasy.

Shauna shocks her daughter with the news that she and Ridge “slept” together. Flo demands the whole story. Shauna explains that she tried to no avail to appeal to Brooke’s humanity or sense of family. Ridge and Brooke fought because she was furious that he didn’t resist Flo’s release. Ridge passed out drunk at the Bikini Bar, prompting Danny and Shauna to take him upstairs.

Flo can’t believe her mother crawled into bed with and kissed a happily-married man: Shauna is flirting with danger and they can’t give the Logans any more ammunition or reason to hate them. Shauna isn’t afraid of the Logan women and refuses to feel guilty.

Ridge asked her to stay with him and why would she turn down such a handsome, generous man? She fantasizes what it would be like to wake up next to him as his wife. She relishes sharing a delicious little secret with Ridge.

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) thanks Danny the Bartender (Keith Carlos) for making sure nothing happened to a drunken Ridge. Carter worries because he’s never seen his friend so out of control. Danny tells Carter that Ridge crossed the line and wonders what really happened in the room above the bar.
