Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers and Recap Thursday March 5: Steffy’s Shocking Confession, Liam Professes His Love To Hope

On Thursday, March 5, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) urges Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) to call out Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on his manipulation. Rushing down the aisle with Zoe Forrester (Kiara Barnes) is part of Thomas’ plan to reclaim Hope. Liam asks Hope to put Thomas on notice that she won’t allow him to use his son or Zoe in a sick, twisted way. Thomas has snowed Hope into believing that he cares about Zoe. Thomas is the ultimate chess player and his checkmate is a quickie marriage that will trick Hope into being with him for his son’s sake.

Hope is terrified by Thomas’s threat that she will have less access to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) once he marries Zoe. Liam says that is the exact reaction Thomas is after—he wants Hope so scared of losing Douglas that she would marry him to stop it from happening. Liam pleads with Hope not to fall for Thomas’ games.

Liam doesn’t believe Thomas will go through with a wedding. If he can’t find a way to reel in Hope, he’ll make up an excuse to get out of marrying Zoe. Hope reminds Liam that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) still believes in Thomas. Liam says that Ridge is only defending his son because he feels guilty for what happened when Thomas was a child. Liam assures Hope that she’ll never disappoint Douglas and have to feel guilty for his childhood.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Liam Spencer’s Heart Belongs To Hope Logan

Liam confesses that, even though he’s staying with Steffy, his heart still belongs to Hope. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is the one calling Thomas out on his misdeeds. She figures out that the second wedding gown he designed as a showstopper for Hope for the Future is actually a gown for Hope to wear when she marries him. His “feelings” for Zoe are part of his scheme to make Hope his. Steffy realizes that Thomas will never give up until Hope is Mrs. Thomas Forrester.

Thomas reminds his sister that her hands aren’t clean. The kiss she planted on Liam is the reason Liam isn’t living with Hope anymore. Thomas practically handed Liam to her by planning the kiss for Hope to witness. Thomas threatens to tell Liam about Steffy’s part in the kiss if she tells everyone he’s still obsessed with Hope. Steffy doesn’t want a future with Liam that is based on a lie.

Thomas is desperate to shut up his sister—if she tells anyone about the kiss, it will forever screw up his chances with Hope and her chances to have a family with Liam and Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington). If she speaks out, she’ll never have another shot with Liam.

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) warns Zoe to put the brakes on Thomas’ plan to get married quickly. He asks her to think about what she really wants. Zoe has fallen for Thomas’ lie that he loves her and is completely over Hope. Carter sides with Liam and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) in the belief that Thomas is up to no good and is using Zoe. Carter isn’t buying Thomas’ act. Zoe can do a lot better than Thomas.

Thomas lurks outside the cabin, watching Hope. He finally knocks at the door and apologizes for upsetting her with the news of his upcoming marriage. Hope rakes Thomas over the coals for springing the quickie wedding on his son. He’s grateful for Hope’s influence in Douglas’ life. Thomas feels forced to move on with his life after Hope. He believes that the longer he waits to marry, the harder it will be on Douglas.

B&B Spoilers –  Liam Spencer Rushes To Beach House

Liam rushes to the beach house when a guilt-riddled Steffy calls an urgent meeting. Steffy confesses a secret that will forever shake Liam’s relationships and Thomas’ plans for a future with Hope. She says that the kiss was her fault. Thomas called to warn her that Hope was on her way and encourage Steffy to do whatever it took to snare Liam.

Liam reels from the news that Steffy kissed Liam on Thomas’s orders, knowing that Hope could see them. Steffy apologizes for getting caught up in Thomas’ game and hurting his family with Hope. She tells Liam that Thomas is more obsessed with Hope than ever.
