Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers And Recap Tuesday October 8: Bad News For Katie Spencer, Ridge Fights For His Family

The Tuesday, October 8, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful opens as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tries to convince his daughter that he’s not involved with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards).

He claims that his only connection to Shauna is helping Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) on his son’s behalf. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) can’t understand why he’s so concerned about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) when she was the one who was lied to.

Steffy is suspicious of Shauna’s motives and wants to know exactly what happened between Shauna and Ridge. After hearing the story, she can understand why Brooke is upset with him, but she encourages him that he and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will weather this trial.

Ridge assures her that Steffy and Thomas, not Shauna or Brooke, are the reason he’s come to stay. He’s not giving up on his kids. Steffy is disappointed that Flo won’t be punished for her actions. Ridge agrees that Flo and Thomas deserve punishment, but he doesn’t want Thomas to go to prison. Ridge feels like his family is breaking apart.

Shauna believes her daughter could be the one to give Katie Logan (Heather Tom) a kidney. This is Flo’s opportunity to show the Logans and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) how wonderful she is and regain their trust. Giving Katie a kidney could change Flo’s life.

Flo isn’t convinced that giving her kidney will redeem her in the Logans’ eyes, but she goes to the transplant center anyway to see if she’s a match. Flo prays that she will be, for the sake of Katie and her little boy. Shauna believes in a cosmic connection—Flo is the one who was meant to save her aunt.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Damage To Katie Logan’s Kidneys Is Severe

Dr. Davis (Tisha Campbell) is worried when Katie’s dialysis isn’t working. The damage to her kidneys is more severe than anyone anticipated. The dialysis won’t be enough to save Katie’s life: she needs a transplant as soon as possible. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) unloads on the doctor, demanding that she find Katie a kidney, if he has to buy one.

Bill won’t be patient and sit back while Katie gets sicker, so he puts out feelers to get a kidney. Katie panics that she’ll die before she finds a kidney. A frightened Katie cries that she wants to be there to watch her son grow up.
