Donna, always the one to play peacemaker, tries to encourage Brooke to forgive her “destiny.” After all, they have been through so much. However, Brooke has already made up her mind.

She is furious that he doesn’t remember doing it, as well as not remembering filing the divorce papers. Now, what “Bridge” doesn’t realize is that Ridge didn’t tell Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to finalize the divorce. That would be Shauna and Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) doing.

For the first time ever, Brooke isn’t fighting to get back her man. It seems that him filing the divorce papers, then marrying Shauna hours later is too much. She doesn’t care that Ridge was drunk and doesn’t remember any of it. Brooke makes the decision to give up and let Shauna have Ridge if she wants him so bad. Meanwhile, Ridge decides that he is going to take his commitment to Shauna seriously.
